On May 26, I am leaving to go overseas to see many family and friends, and eat a lot of Mediterranean food . Hopefully I won't put on all the weight that I took off before this trip. 100 push-ups and 200 squats per day should do that.
I will return the 1st or 2nd of July, and I will have a recap of the trip and the various here's and there's of everything that went on. I've been looking forward to it, Lord knows I need a break from you people!
